چکیده
The dagger nematodes, Xiphinema spp., are migratory root-ectoparasitic nematodes that cause damage to a wide range of wild and cultivated plants over the world. In Vietnam, this nematode group has been studied mainly based on morphological characterizations. During survey pathogens associated with tea, plant many medicinal therapeutic potentials, population hunaniense was recorded. This study provides first molecular characterizations found Tea in Vietnam. 28S rDNA, 18S rDNA phylogenetic trees genus also provided. sequence X. is submitted GenBank for time.

First report of Xiphinema brevicolle Lordello et Costa, 1961 (Nematoda, Longidoridae) in Japan
Mixed populations of Xiphinema americanum-group species were detected from a root zone soil sample of Japanese holly, Ilex crenata, during a survey for plant-parasitic nematodes of commercial ornamental plant nurseries in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. From the result of the morphological study, the species were identified as Xiphinema brevicolle and Xiphinema sp. This is the first record of Xiphinem...
متن کاملFirst report, morphological and molecular characterization of Xiphinema elongatum and X. pachtaicum (Nematoda, Longidoridae) from Ethiopia
A total of six soil samples were collected around rhizosphere of citrus plants during 2010 from Melkassa Agricultural Research Center experimental station, Ethiopia. From these samples two most important ecto-plant parasitic nematodes of the genus Xiphinema were found and analysed. The genus Xiphinema is a large group of the phylum nematoda which constitutes more than 260 species. They are poly...
متن کاملUniversal Forgeability of Wang-Wu-Wang Key-Insulated Signature Scheme
Wang et al. recently proposed a new perfect and strong keyinsulated signature scheme in [1]. We find that the scheme is universally forgeable. In the paper we present a simple and direct attack on it.
